Where can you find us?

Moravian-Silesian Research Library in Ostrava, contributory organization is situated in the centre of Ostrava - in the New Town Hall (Prokesovo namesti):

• the right wing of town hall - users' registration, lending room, study room, reference service, department of bibliography, interlibrary loan service, reprography workroom
• the left wing of town hall - department of special collections

Department of services to other libraries (including regional educational center) can be found in Prokesovo namesti 2 (opposite the New Town Hall).

How to get to us?

• by trolley no. 101, 102, 103, 106 - Nova radnice Stop
• by bus no. 99 - Nova radnice Stop
• by tram no. 1, 2, 4, 8, 12 - Dul Jindrich Stop, then on foot along the 30. dubna Street towards the New Town Hall (cca 10 minutes)
